Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Compliance with risk and regulatory requirements; training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required; licensure pathways explained.
• Licensing through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on tech tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
