Zusammenfassung

Truist is seeking a friendly teller to provide a distinctive client experience at our Clemson branch. You will handle routine and some complex transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and participate in outbound outreach to identify needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs; weekends/extended hours may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation during transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by client outreach, offers checks, and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and trainings.
• Attend training sessions and compliance updates; follow risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
• Handle work proportional to branch demands, including weekends.
