Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit and related concepts.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.
• Ability to work with small business clients and influence partners.
• Proficiency with PCs and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-focused financial wellness guidance in person and by phone.
• Open personal and business accounts and cross-sell products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other lines of business.
• Ensure compliance with policies and document client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with Teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as directed.
