Job summary

The role requires strong client service, a sales mindset, and comfort with both in-person and proactive calling efforts. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit - including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions.
• Ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships through conversations and tailored financial wellness guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
