Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience, or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ year(s) experience in developing customer relationships and sales.
• Ability to educate clients on digital platforms and provide financial wellness recommendations.
• Experience influencing partners and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance.
• Open personal and small business accounts and related products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other business lines to grow relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of interactions.
• Support branch operations including teller duties as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
