Description

This position is a member of the client service team and works closely with Wealth Advisors, Financial Planners, clients, and several departments within the firm. The role plays a critical part in supporting client service, retention, and business growth.

  • Act as the primary point of contact and demonstrate a client-first attitude, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with all facets of new client onboarding including opening accounts, establishing client portal access, and managing account transfers and documents.
  • Manage client information within the CRM, maintaining profiles, information, and activities.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Inform clients about new products and services.
  • Work to meet and anticipate the needs of the Advisors and clients.
  • Handle distribution and money movement requests.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, custodians, investment managers, and third parties.
  • Coordinate client meetings for Advisors and meeting materials with the Client Communications Associate.
  • Utilize Bartlett’s compliance software for recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Adhere to all regulations and policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality, act with integrity, and exercise discretion.
  • Work well under pressure and within time constraints.
  • Complete tasks independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a changing environment.
  • Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or investment management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with CRM software (Practifi/Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written communication skills, capable of preparing professional correspondence and documents.
