Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels, delivering trusted guidance on banking products and services.

You will open accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on digital tools while building lasting relationships. You’ll work with branch colleagues to meet customer goals, support sales campaigns, and ensure compliance with NMLS requirements, background checks, and regulatory standards involved in lending

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions
• Educate clients on digital products and services to meet financial needs
• Build proactive relationships with clients and collaborate with branch teams
• Assist in sales campaigns and ensure accurate processing of applications and requests
• Adhere to NMLS and regulatory requirements and participate in required background checks
