Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Strong communication with clients and staff.
• Knowledge of bank and branch policies and support systems.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
