Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using banking solutions and technology.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and by phone, tailoring product recommendations, and connecting clients to our team of experts while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements (SIE/FINRA) must be obtained within JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
