Job summary

Old National Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to build and deepen client relationships through personalized financial guidance. You will identify client needs, connect them with bank products, and ensure a high quality experience across all interactions.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, sales accountability, and teamwork across banking centers. Strong communication, client-service focus, and Spanish language ability are preferred assets for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
• Execute transactions and servicing activities accurately and in compliance with policies.
