Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
