Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will provide expert guidance on deposits and loans, open new accounts, and educate clients on digital banking options while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through multiple channels (in‑person, by appointment, and virtual).
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self‑service tools.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
