Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing requirements including SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations, delivering attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
