Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent client experience.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are required or must be obtained within 180 days if unlicensed.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate their needs.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and consult with teams for specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
