Job summary

ABC Imaging is seeking a Client Relations Manager to act as the friendly heartbeat of the team, ensuring timely delivery of client work and smooth operations. You will oversee admin tasks, billing targets, scheduling, and equipment maintenance while collaborating with Major Account Managers on client outreach and site visits.

The role calls for leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvements and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in print or related roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of print equipment and materials.
• Demonstrated leadership, customer service, and clear communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving for software/hardware issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality client work on time.
• Own admin for technical and billing targets (meter reads, time reporting, equipment maintenance).
• Orchestrate shop operations: staffing, scheduling, budgets.
• Maintain equipment and spot productivity upgrades.
• Ensure accurate billing and resolve issues.
• Track and elevate helpdesk tickets daily.
• Support Major Account Managers with client outreach and site visits.
• Maintain up-to-date Client Relations Manuals and report to the District Manager.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
