Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and the ability to interact with clients.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate processes clearly.
• Experience with print production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality deliverables for clients to meet deadlines.
• Manages all administrative responsibilities to meet technical and billing requirements.
• Organize all aspects of the workforce for the shop to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and upgraded.
• Recommend new acquisitions to increase productivity.
• Check billing accuracy and resolve billing issues on all jobs.
• Escalate all open helpdesk tickets daily.
• Assist Major Account Managers with accounts by sharing information and visiting clients.
• Review and update the Client Relations Operations Manuals.
• Communicate regularly with the Client Relations District Manager about staff concerns.
• Manage inventory and organize supplies.
