Responsibilities

• Assist the service department with telephone calls.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, while aiming to minimize hold time.
• Take thorough messages, noting caller name, company, time and purpose of call.
• Keep accurate and current records of client contact and follow up activities.
• Communicate messages to appropriate parties promptly.
• Provide the service department with a list of daily appointments.
• Monitor appointment schedule to prevent over-booking.
• Maintain ongoing positive relations with all clients to encourage repeat business.
