Job summary

PacMin Studios in California is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant & Customer Relations Rep to provide general support to the Sales department. This full-time position offers opportunities to engage with customers, manage inquiries, and assist with orders, quotes, and shipping information.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills. You will help ensure timely responses, coordinate with logistics, and maintain positive customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Answer general, customer relations, and sales phone lines; assist callers with inquiries.
• Manage Sales inquiry mailbox in Microsoft Excel; respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with order, quote, and shipping information data entry requests when needed.
• Follow up on active orders to address production or shipping concerns.
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure products ship as instructed by Sales team.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
• Contact customers or freight carriers to obtain shipping information/details as needed.
• Prepare various sales, logistics and production reports.
• Update customers directly on order status when needed.
• Follow up on graphics inquiries with customers.
• Account management of small to medium key accounts.
• Assist team with day-to-day administration and other departments when needed.
