Job summary

PacMin Studios is seeking an Account Manager to grow key accounts, manage quotations, and strengthen customer relationships. The role advances sales within aviation, aerospace, events, and entertainment industries and requires 2–3 years in account management or sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts, overseeing quotations and order activity
  • Service and build strong relationships with existing and new accounts
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database using the CRM
  • Answer sales calls and assist customers accordingly responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Keep customers informed on the status of their orders
  • Prepare paperwork and coordinate product delivery with the customer
  • Oversee critical customer logistics and troubleshoot any shipping issues in a timely manner
  • Meet with production teams regularly to stay abreast of all open order statuses
  • Troubleshoot issues with orders to ensure that a quality product is delivered to the customer
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database by entering new contacts, shipping addresses, phone numbers and email addresses
  • Maintain an accurate filing and archiving system for all sales orders (past and present)
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and quote status reports
  • Attend selected industry trade shows and conferences throughout the US and staff the booth
  • Participate in industry seminars, conferences, and speaker bureaus for the purpose of building brand awareness
  • Be knowledgeable about the customers product and needs
  • Look for ways to grow existing accounts
  • Keep up to date with product and industry knowledge
  • Develop and maintain communication in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers by communicating openly, honestly and constructively; treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy; taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems.

PURPOSE:Primary responsibility is building customer relationships, increasing sales with new and existing customers and leading the sales team in customer/prospect/industry strategy and pipeline review sessions.

EDUCATION: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Sales is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Relations, or equivalent. Experience and/or interest in the aviation industry a plus.
