Job summary
PacMin Studios in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead to coordinate daily shipping/receiving, manage workflow, and oversee order processing.
The role requires 2–3 years in shipping/logistics, Associate’s degree, and strong MS Office skills; experience with M2M ERP and incoterms a plus; must pass a forklift and safety awareness.
You will lead a team, drive cost-saving improvements, and maintain accurate reports and KPIs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree from an accredited college of Business, Communications, Logistics, or relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Management, and/or Supply Chain Management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations and manage workflow/Schedules.
- Lead team huddles and monitor productivity and performance.
- Review orders at risk of delays and communicate plans to stakeholders.
- Process domestic/international orders via approved carriers and send ship notifications.
- Maintain and update orders in M2M ERP and manage inventory controls.
- Ensure 5S standards, safety, and Lean initiatives across the department.
