You will help clients solve challenges and deliver tailored insurance solutions, working with colleagues to ensure every interaction is meaningful and impactful. The role focuses on renewals, new business support, and processing certificates of insurance, with opportunities to improve workflows, nurture relationships, and maintain data in Gallagher’s systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to renewal processes by delivering timely, high-quality solutions to clients.
• Support New Business activity via handling of new business applications and preparing proposals.
• Process certificates of insurance and maintain up-to-date client and policy data.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes, meet goals, and maintain high productivity.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring support and value.
