Job summary

DuraPlas, Inc. seeks a Client Relations Specialist to be the frontline liaison for customers, coordinating with production, shipping, and internal teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.

You’ll deliver responsive, knowledgeable service and build lasting relationships. You’ll gain exposure across customer service, sales, operations, logistics, and production, creating a natural career path into outside sales, operations, or other growth opportunities within our organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a business setting (internships can count)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other ERP systems and CRM systems
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership and participating in cross-functional teams
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, supply chain, or engineering preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, responding to quotes, orders, changes, cancellations, and product information.
• Build strong relationships by providing responsive, professional service and ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Provide product guidance and technical assistance or connect customers with internal experts.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately, considering inventory and delivery dates.
• Monitor open orders from entry to shipment and follow up to meet expectations.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams to resolve issues and expedite shipments.
