The role supports business development and ensures accurate record-keeping.

The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client services, customer service, sales support, business development, hospitality, account management, or related field.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with database management and/or client management systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with assigning incoming matters to appropriate internal teams or experts.
• Support client onboarding and ensure accurate collection and entry of client and assignment information.
• Maintain client records, assignment tracking, and activity updates within company databases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client service activities.
• Assist in collecting and organizing performance metrics and operational data for reporting purposes.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company business matters.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives, such as client events, webinars, and outreach, and perform other client service and administrative duties as assigned.
