Rimkus in the Houston area seeks a Client Relations Coordinator to be a key contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring a responsive, professional, and high-quality client experience. This role supports client intake, assignment coordination, relationship management, and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in client services, customer service, sales support, business development, hospitality, account management, or related field preferred.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with database management and/or client management systems preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional service and support to prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with assigning incoming matters to appropriate internal teams or experts
• Support client onboarding and ensure accurate collection and entry of client and assignment information
• Maintain client records, assignment tracking, and activity updates within company databases
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client service activities
• Assist in collecting and organizing performance metrics and operational data for reporting purposes
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company business matters
• Support business development and marketing initiatives, such as client events, webinars, and outreach, and perform other client service and administrative duties as assigned
