Job Title: Client Relations Manager (Hospitality)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Position Overview
Client Relations Manager (Hospitality) to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our services. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team to deliver exceptional hospitality and service experiences. The ideal candidate has a client-first mentality, strong leadership skills, and experience in the hospitality or service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of issues and sharing client satisfaction results.
- Develop account strategic plans that leverage delivery capabilities and drive service portfolio growth.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Implement cost savings and service enhancement strategies.
- Take accountability for problem resolution.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day client portfolio operations, including revenue, profitability, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Maintain operational oversight to ensure client deadlines and expectations are met.
- Introduce and evaluate best practices in services, staffing, and technology.
- Set and monitor short- and long-term goals for client satisfaction.
- Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation steps.
- Ensure the site is tour-ready with organized signage, communication boards, and binders.
- Produce and analyze weekly management reports.
- Participate in weekly leadership and management discussions.
- Attract, retain, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Monitor staff time, attendance, dress code, and adherence to policies.
- Manage HR, performance, and disciplinary matters; oversee hiring and terminations.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct annual reviews.
- Support career development and succession planning.
- Mentor managers and prepare associates for growth opportunities.
- Determine training needs and ensure timely completion.
- Partner with People Solutions on associate-related issues, policy administration, salary planning, promotions, recruiting, retention, and terminations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Active listening and the ability to identify spoken and unspoken needs.
- Works well under pressure and adapts communication style to diverse audiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and audio/visual equipment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or event planning management.
- Catering experience is a plus.
Additional Skills
- Strong data entry, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook calendar management.
- Training provided for all company-specific processes and systems.
