• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable MD regulations.
• Absorb 8 of context fast and start contributing sooner.

• Trim Project Management processes that have quietly outlived their purpose.
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
