Carlos Munoz - State Farm Agent is hiring an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success in Las Vegas. You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and connecting customer needs with State Farm products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales employee, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; good listening abilities.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and respond proactively.
• Ability to effectively relate to diverse customers.
• Property & Casualty license must be held or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote lasting customer relations and customer satisfaction.
