Grant Milling - State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to grow the agency by building meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services and strive to improve customers’ lives through excellent service.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer

Responsabilidades

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
