Aufgaben

• Maintain and manage client accounts and assets within assigned territories.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly client meetings and business reviews.
• Enter and update data in ABS, Linen Master, Salesforce, One Drive and other spreadsheets.
• Educate clients on linen awareness, cost/savings opportunities, and service programs.
• Analyze reports, create spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
• Respond to client issues promptly and drive resolution within 24 hours.
