• Analyze reports to understand current and potential client base and identify trends.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Recruitment, Sales to maximize gross margin.
• Grow revenue by expanding into additional services and new worksites or departments.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments for contract negotiations and inquiries.
