Job summary

NOVO Health Services in the St. Louis area is seeking a Client Relations Manager to lead customer relationships and drive service excellence. You will manage inventories, collect data, conduct site visits, and deliver timely responses to client inquiries, supporting quarterly reviews and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Industry experience or prior customer service is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to travel freely within the assigned territory and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of customer contact and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with Plant Management to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and support quarterly business reviews.
• Enter data into ABS, Linen Master, Salesforce and OneDrive on a timely basis.
• Educate clients on linen services, cost savings opportunities and utilization.
• Analyze reports, create spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for reviews.
• Respond to client issues promptly and manage follow-up through resolution.
• Collaborate with Director of Service, Business Manager and Senior VP on add-on opportunities.
