Job summary

Safe Life Home Care is seeking a Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator in Lombard, IL. The role focuses on client management, relationship building, and growth initiatives within a healthcare environment.

You will work closely with the Supervisor/Operations team to support client satisfaction, retention, and referrals, while coordinating with caregivers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, client services, or sales support preferred.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using office software and learning care management systems.

Responsibilities
