As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team and enhance our clients’ experiences.

Your Role

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients – ranging from entrepreneurs and project creators to investors – have an exceptional experience with the BackrZone platform. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing client inquiries, resolving issues, providing ongoing support, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will also assist in the administration of blockchain-based payment systems for crowdfunding transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and helpful assistance.
  • Onboarding: Guide new clients through the process of setting up their accounts, creating campaigns, and using the platform effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with both project creators and investors, offering personalized advice and assistance as needed.
  • Payment Management: Assist clients with blockchain-based transactions (Bitcoin, Ethereum) and ensure that crowdfunding transactions are completed accurately.
  • Campaign Support: Provide guidance to clients on running their crowdfunding campaigns, offering best practices and tips for success.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on their experience with BackrZone and relay insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details in the platform's CRM system.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:

2+ years of experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor when handling client issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and support ticketing systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in the crowdfunding or fintech industry.
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Familiarity with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Multilingual skills are a plus.
