We're looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, service-driven role ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and serve as a trusted resource throughout their financial journey. Responsibilities include:

• Assist clients with onboarding and new account openings, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete
• Provide ongoing support for account servicing, including maintenance requests, beneficiary updates, money movements, and more
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
• Act as a liaison between clients and custodians to resolve issues and follow through to completion
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
• Collaborate with advisors to ensure clients receive timely, white-glove service
• Participate in in-person events (optional) to build client relationships and strengthen our community presence

Who You Are

• A polished communicator who thrives in a client-facing role
• A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and follows through without needing to be micromanaged
• Experienced in financial services, especially account administration and client service (2+ years preferred)
• Comfortable navigating CRM (experience with Redtail or similar is a plus)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Knowledgeable about industry regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
