You will join calls, emails and Zoom meetings with clients, coordinate with designers and developers to hit schedules, manage your workload and KPIs, and build trusted adviser relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Native English speaker.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.
• Experience at a web design agency is ideal but not required.

• Calendar Organization

• Communicating with designers and developers to make sure they are on schedule
• Communicating with clients to request info The Onyx need
• Join phone calls, email and zoom meetings with clients to listen to specific requests
• Manage your own workload and maintain individual and team KPIs
• Assisting the team with content strategy
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Operating as the lead point of contact for a range of projects
