ISN is seeking a Business Development Associate to support bilingual English and French-speaking clients in a high-volume environment. You will start in Customer Service and have growth into a Client Development role focused on B2B sales within 12–24 months.

The program includes an 8-week training period, base pay $37.50 per hour, with potential incentives up to $11,000 and total annual compensation up to $89,000, plus benefits. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced fluency in English and French (written and verbal) required.
• Willingness to start in Customer Service and progress to B2B sales within 12–24 months.
• In-office work requirement: at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assisting English- and French-speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
• Handling inbound client inquiries and providing proactive customer support.
• Troubleshooting platform, account, and compliance-related issues.
• Building trust and strong working relationships with clients.
• Learning how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers.
• Collaborating with internal teams on customer retention and engagement efforts.
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives as you develop within the role.
