Job summary

ISN seeks a bilingual Business Development Associate in Dallas to join our Customer Service team, supporting our global contractor and supplier platform and preparing for growth into B2B sales.

The role starts in a high-volume client environment with English and Spanish communications, an 8-week training program, and a clear path to longer-term client development opportunities. Base pay is $37.50 per hour with incentives and a multilingual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Interest in starting in Customer Service and progressing into B2B sales within 12–24 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide proactive customer support.
• Troubleshoot platform, account and compliance-related issues.
• Build trust and strong working relationships with clients.
• Learn how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams on customer retention and engagement efforts.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives as you develop within the role.
