ISN is seeking a bilingual Business Development Associate to support customers in English and Portuguese while learning ISN’s platform and services. You will assist clients by phone, chat and email and collaborate with internal teams to retain customers and grow engagement within a fast-paced, global environment.

The role starts in Customer Service with a clear path to Client Development and B2B sales within 12–24 months, with an 8‑week training program and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced fluency in English AND Portuguese (written and verbal) required.
• Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12-24 months.
• Required to work in office at least 3 days a week.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assisting English- and Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
• Handling inbound client inquiries and providing proactive customer support.
• Troubleshooting platform, account, and compliance-related issues.
• Building trust and strong working relationships with clients.
• Learning how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers.
• Collaborating with internal teams on customer retention and engagement efforts.
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives as you develop within the role.
