Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with accounts receivable and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution.
• Manage the invoices and account receivables for the account.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain current account status.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed and drive improvements.
• Effectively communicate company offerings to clients.
• Report to Account Manager with weekly status and call reports.
• Perform report analysis, trending and corrective actions.
