Client Relations Account Representative - Remote

Summary

This position provides administrative support to the VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors, VP of Client Relations, Client Relations Directors, and Manager, Client Relations. Responsibilities include gathering data and reports for stop-loss quotes for self-funded medical plans, preparing stop-loss proposals for client renewals and prospects, reviewing stop-loss contracts, and client reporting.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Stop-loss experience with self-funded medical plans; TPA experience is a plus
  • At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in a TPA setting
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of LuminX claims processing, Cognos, and Salesforce is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of stop-loss and self-funded medical plans
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Effective communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Essential Functions

  • Gather data for RFPs and stop-loss proposals in collaboration with the Client Relations Directors
  • Coordinate with sales team, vendors, and carriers to complete proposals and meet deadlines
  • Review quotes for accuracy
  • Manage client reporting and ensure timely delivery of reports

Physical Demands

This is primarily a sedentary role requiring frequent use of computers and phones.

Work Environment

This is a remote, work-from-home position requiring a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
