Care Resource Community Health Center seeks a Registration Specialist to manage in-person and online registration for clients, conduct interviews, collect insurance information, and explain agency policies. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely responses to inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality within HIPAA guidelines.

You will work with the call center and insurance verification teams, ensuring registrations are completed the same day or within 24 hours and supporting clients

Formación

• High School education or higher is required; college coursework is a plus.
• Associates degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Some college coursework or higher is considered acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client registrations and conduct interviews in person or by phone.
• Collect and verify insurance information; assist with forms and documentation.
• Explain agency policies, rights, responsibilities, and available services.
• Enter data accurately into electronic health records and other systems.
• Answer inquiries and respond to calls within 24 hours; maintain confidentiality.
