Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Client Services Support Associate to administer and support Sample Programs, ensuring PDMA compliance and alignment with SOPs. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while performing day-to-day tasks under supervision.

The role requires about one year in a customer service environment, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. It is based in the United States with full-time responsibilities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, Associate’s degree desirable or equivalent experience.
• About one year of customer service experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support productivity for client programs within the SOW and SOPs.
• Assist in updating client documentation and system setup.
• Provide email, fax, and phone support to clients as required.
• Monitor inventory tasks, reconciliations and back-order tracking.
• Review daily orders and prepare client reports.
• Coordinate 3rd party audits and communicate program instructions.
