Job summary

S27a is seeking a Client Services Support Associate responsible for administering and supporting Sample Programs while ensuring compliance with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) and client business rules.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to assist in various internal tasks while supporting programs efficiently. This role requires a High School degree and ideally an Associate’s degree, along with at least one year of relevant customer service experience.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a customer service environment.
• Education/Training: High School degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support productivity and efficiency for the client programs.
• Assist in the maintenance and updating of all client documentation.
• Provide internal/external clients with email, fax, and phone support.
