Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate to help keep client testing programs running smoothly and ensure ongoing operations across teams. You will partner with Program Managers, handle client and candidate issues, and manage work requests to meet deadlines.

This hands-on role emphasizes problem solving, organization, and coordinating across departments to keep client work moving. You will gain exposure to Pearson VUE testing services and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years in client support, customer success, or operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business systems, databases, or reporting tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers to support daily client program operations.
• Complete client maintenance, configuration updates, and program changes.
• Support launches, enhancements, projects, deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage work requests, Service Direct cases, assignments, and due dates.
• Gather missing information, remove blockers, and keep requests moving.
• Provide test event support up to 5 weekends per year.
• Maintain procedures, knowledge resources, and operational documentation.
• Provide guidance to Program Managers and internal teams.
• Identify and support improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
