Job summary

Exhibit Concepts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Program Manager to oversee health and relationships across client projects, including the trade show calendar and budget.

You will coordinate with Account Executives, oversee pre-sale orchestration, and ensure on-time milestones across all program projects. You will act as the primary client contact, align priorities across internal teams, and maintain records in HubSpot and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of client program or account management experience in events or exhibits
• Experience working with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, or sales databases
• 3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing operations, customer service, or administrative coordination
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule and commute regularly to Vandalia, OH facility, onsite several days per week during onboarding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage data accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Leads daily pre-sale activities, weekly client reviews, and assists with QBRs; tracks progress against objectives across all projects
• Serve as primary program contact for client and Account Executive; coordinate cross-functional communication
• Open jobs and set up project folders; participate in design phase understanding client product and strategy
• Maintain client show calendar and program budget; publish status updates and keep systems current
• Lead post-show meetings; capture feedback and drive follow-up actions with delivery teams
• Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and related systems; support visibility and reporting
• Own program-level reporting and portfolio updates for management and Account Executives
• Travel up to 15–20% for client reviews, training, and onsite meetings
