The role emphasizes collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and default operations to maintain timely client deliverables. Key responsibilities include auditing file progression, managing scorecards, and coordinating responses to regulatory and investor timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical background in default services, bankruptcy law, real estate litigation, or mortgage servicing.
• Solid working knowledge of GSE guidelines and foreclosure timelines is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for nationwide institutional accounts, managing daily communications via phone, email, and client portals.
• Analyze performance scorecards, manage reporting deadlines, and drive internal workflows to resolve processing delays.
• Audit file progression against regulatory and client timelines to prevent stagnation.
• Provide administrative support during internal quality audits, external client evaluations, and compliance reviews.
• Compile comprehensive case histories and quantitative performance data for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and default operations to ensure submissions meet court and investor timeframes.
• Monitor and implement procedural changes and system alerts across directives.
