You will coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and default operations teams to sustain timely filings, prepare case histories, and compile analytics for executive leadership while maintaining efficient internal workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in default services, bankruptcy law, real estate litigation, or mortgage servicing.
• Solid familiarity with investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using legal management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for updates to stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Independent worker who collaborates across multiple legal departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for nationwide institutional accounts via phone, email, and client portals.
• Evaluate performance scorecards and monitor reporting deadlines; drive internal workflows.
• Audit file progression against regulatory and client milestones to prevent stagnation.
• Provide administrative support during internal quality audits and statutory reviews.
• Assemble case histories and aggregate performance analytics for executives.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and default operations to meet court and investor deadlines.
• Track and implement procedural updates and industry directives.
