Job summary

You will perform data validation, remediation tracking, and process improvements across departments, liaising with external auditors and client teams to uphold strict SLAs and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years in auditing or compliance preferred.
• CIA or CCEP certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Audit Lifecycle Management: coordinate onsite and remote client audits within timeframes.
• Conduct internal audits and quality control across departments for compliance.
• Validate data in case management systems and financial records.
• Track remediation actions with managers to ensure closure of findings.
• Prepare regulatory documentation and closure reports for inquiries.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to efficiency.
