Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Client Partnership Manager to lead delivery for assigned projects with strong cross-department collaboration and client satisfaction, under supervision. You will own on-time and on-cost delivery, with an emphasis on internal workflow and asset management.

You will support strategic collaboration with clients, oversee project schedules, and ensure rigorous documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of client service or project management experience in an ad agency or related field.
• Experience managing projects across multiple media (digital, video, social, print, website maintenance).
• Proven ability to develop trustworthy client relationships and document feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal discussions to foster collaboration across departments and manage campaign tasks.
• Support client discussions on delivery, review creative work and production assets for approval.
• Oversee internal workflow including routing, feedback, and asset distribution.
• Directly oversee project maintenance such as file organization and archiving.
