Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi X is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Project Leadership team across multiple projects and client engagements.

You will participate in internal and external meetings, track action items, and provide status updates to the project leader while ensuring timely communication and budget awareness. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Data entry speed and accuracy extremely important.
• Experience with Aqua/WebVantage, Smartsheets a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support across multiple projects with varying timelines and budgets.
• Engage in internal and external client meetings and track action items and to-do lists.
• Provide ongoing status updates to project leader.
• Support internal team communication including timing, budget, revisions, next steps, and other aspects of the Project Management function.
• Provide back-up support for Project Management team members as needed.
• Understand how to utilize Saatchi & Saatchi X resources to ensure proper representation for work/projects.
• Develop collaborative internal relationships across all functions and departments.
• Respond quickly to team needs, potential problems, or issues, partnering with project leader and cross-functional team members.
• Assist in acquisition of client assets, equity files, stock photography, translations, and similar needs.
